Four Maier MLK-32 hybrid Swiss machines with FMB Turbo bar feeders run small-diameter parts at production volume. The guide-bushing design supports long, slender parts with the rigidity to hold diameters and finishes that a conventional lathe cannot.

What is the minimum order for Swiss work?
Setup cost drives Swiss economics, so runs of 500 pieces and up quote best. Smaller quantities are usually moved to the CNC lathes.
What diameters fit?
Bar stock to 32 mm. Most Swiss work runs between 2 mm and 25 mm.
Can you run lights-out?
Yes. Bar feeders and in-process checks support unattended production for long runs.
Do you supply material certs on Swiss parts?
Yes. Bar heat lots are tracked per run and certifications ship with the parts on request.
